    SMARTER Training & Consulting is a Czech educational and consulting company, which has operated on the market since 2003. We work with more than 200 clients in 4 countries: CZ, SK, Hungary and Poland. We rely on professional consultants (40 people altogether), lecturers, coaches, auditors, etc. In our work, we combine our own and foreign know-how (in CZ and SK, we exclusively represent Business Today International Ltd., the world No.1 in business simulation trainings), we hold the Ministry of Education accreditation in the area of managerial and sales skills trainings, lecturers‘ training and coaching. We are a member of AIVD (Association of Adult Education Institutions), ČMA (Czech Management Association) and other professional associations.

    We help other companies define their visions, set goals and take necessary steps for their realization. We wanted to know the reasons why people leave – therefore, we launched a „mystery working“ project, in partnership with SMARTER. We enjoyed a truly professional approach and openness. The solution they came up with was highly practical. We know that SMARTER is among the top Czech consultant companies which means their suggestions are based on rich experience that bring the desired objectivity for us. Together, we have designed a great concept to help stabilize the operators.
